(RTTNews) - C. R. Bard Inc. (BCR) reported a third-quarter net income of $93.2 million or $1.15 per share, compared to $129.3 million or $1.50 per share in the comparable quarter last year.

Adjusted net income was $122.3 million, or $1.50 per share, down from $141.4 million, or $1.64 per share in the year-ago period.
