On January 30, 2007 Euronext suspended trading in Business Objects' (Nasdaq:BOBJ)(Euronext Paris ISIN code: FR0004026250 - BOB) Ordinary Shares. Euronext suspended trading in accordance with the rules of the Autorité des marchés financiers, the French securities regulator, to enable "semi-centralization", or the collection and counting of shares tendered to SAP in the second French tender offer.
