Brooks Automation To Collaborate With Chart Industries - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Brooks Automation, Inc. (BRKS), a provider of automated bio-sample storage solutions, and Chart Industries, Inc. (GTLS), a manufacturer of highly engineered equipment used in the production, storage and end-use of cryogenic gases, said they have entered into a strategic collaboration agreement to develop and distribute automated cryogenic storage solutions.

The collaboration will combine Brooks' automation solutions with Chart's MVE Series product line of cryogenic bio-sample storage systems.

The collaboration began in early 2014 and is anticipated to lead to the launch of the first joint product by the middle of this year. Both companies will have rights to distribute products developed through this collaboration.
