BNY Mellon Boosts Quarterly Dividend By 13% - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - BNY Mellon, the corporate brand of The Bank of New York Mellon Corp. (BK) announced that its board of directors has approved a 13 percent increase in its quarterly common stock dividend, from $0.15 per share to $0.17 per share. This increased quarterly common stock dividend is payable on May 7, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 25, 2014.

The company said the dividend increase and the previously announced common stock repurchases of up to $1.74 billion were part of BNY Mellon's 2014 capital plan, which was not objected to by the Federal Reserve.
