BNK Announces AGM Results

CAMARILLO, California, July 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

BNK Petroleum Inc. (the "Company" or "BNK") (TSX: BKX) announces that the six director nominees listed in the Company's management information circular dated June 14, 2013 were re-elected at the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company held earlier today.  Detailed results are set out below:
