Block & Leviton LLP Is Investigating Super Micro Computer, Inc. (SMCI) For Violations Of The Federal Securities Laws And Encourages Shareholders To Contact The Firm
BOSTON, Feb. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Block & Leviton LLP (www.blockesq.com), a securities litigation firm representing investors nationwide, is investigating whether Super Micro Computer, Inc. In August and September of 2017, SMCI disclosed that it was conducting an internal accounting investigation and that it had received a delinquent filing notice from the Nasdaq stock exchange regarding the delayed filing of the Company's Form 10-K for fiscal 2017. SMCI further disclosed that Wally Liaw, Sr. Vice President of International Sales, Phidias Chou, Sr. Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Howard Hideshima, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer had resigned.
On this news, SMCI's stock fell more than 7%, causing millions in losses to investors.
