Biosergen CFO Niels Laursen To Quit, Mark Beveridge To Succeed, Stock Down

(RTTNews) - Biosergen AB (publ) (8N1.F), Thursday announced the appointment of Mark Beveridge as its new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Niels Laursen, who will remain with the company to ensure a smooth transition.

Recently, Beveridge serves as Vice President Finance at Moberg Pharma. He plans to continue in this role alongside his new responsibilities at Biosergen.
