BioMed Realty Prices $400 Mln Senior Notes Offering

(RTTNews) - BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (BMR) said Tuesday that its operating partnership subsidiary, BioMed Realty, L.P., priced a public offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 2.625% Senior Notes due 2019.

The Notes were priced at 99.408% of the principal amount to yield 2.752% to maturity.

The offering is expected to close on April 23.

The operating partnership plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of the outstanding indebtedness under its unsecured line of credit and for other general corporate and working capital purposes.
