BioAlliance Pharma's (Paris:BIO) shareholders are invited to attend the Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at 4.30 pm on June 26^th 2013 at the company's head office (49 Boulevard du Général Martial Valin, F-75015 Paris, France).

The official notice of the Meeting has been published in the French Republic's Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires ("Bulletin of Mandatory Legal Announcements") dated

May 20, 2013 and contains the agenda, the draft resolutions and information on attendance and voting procedures. It can be viewed on the company's web site at:

Notice of the meeting will also be published in an official journal of legal announcements on June 7, 2013.
