Berkeley Research Group Expands Asia Pacific Team with Beijing Director

EMERYVILLE, Calif., Oct. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Global strategic advisory and expert consulting firm Berkeley Research Group announced today that Steven Shi has joined as a Director, based in Beijing, where he will head BRG's mainland China operations. He specializes in conducting complex research assignments involving due diligence, corporate investigations including fraud and anti-corruption (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) investigations and other risk consulting.

Shi has been involved extensively in assignments for foreign multinationals operating in mainland China and has supported Chinese firms with their overseas investments. These assignments have included geopolitical risk assessments, pre-transactional due diligence projects, focused industry and market research assignments and other reactive advisory services such as corporate investigations and crisis management matters. He has profound knowledge and extensive experience in areas including financial services, banking, high technology, medical and pharmaceuticals, as well as property development sectors.
