Barry Erdos Joins Bluefly's Executive Team

Bluefly, Inc. announced today that Barry Erdos has joined the company to serve as President, COO and acting CFO effective immediately. Erdos has been a director on the Bluefly board since February 2005 and joins Bluefly overseeing its operations and finance responsibilities. "Barry is the consummate retail executive with an incredible track record,” said Melissa Payner, CEO of Bluefly, Inc. "I am looking forward to partnering with him on the continuing evolution of the Bluefly brand.” Erdos comes to Bluefly from Build a Bear Workshop, Inc., where he had been President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that he was the Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Ann Taylor Stores Corporation and Ann Taylor, Inc., woman’s apparel retailer, and previously served as the company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Erdos was also the Chief Operating Officer of J. Crew, Inc., a specialty retailer of apparel, shoes and accessories. Bluefly, Inc. also announced that Patrick Barry would resign as an executive officer of the company and as its COO and CFO. Patrick Barry has been with Bluefly since July of 1998 and he will remain at the company through a transition period.
