Bally Technologies Appoints Richard Haddrill As CEO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Bally Technologies, Inc. (BYI) announced that it has appointed Richard Haddrill as Chief Executive Officer or CEO of the company, effective May 23, 2014. Ramesh Srinivasan will no longer serve as President and CEO and as a member of the Board.

Bally Technologies stated that Haddrill will continue serving as a member of Bally's Board of Directors.

Commenting on Haddrill, the company said he has served as a member of the Board since 2003 and Chairman of the Board since 2012. Additionally, he was the company's Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to 2012.

David Robbins, who has been serving as the Board's Lead Independent Director, has been appointed Chairman of the Board effective May 23, 2014, the company said.

The Board additionally announced the appointment of Michael Klayko as a Class II member of the Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2014. Klayko served as the Chief Executive Officer of Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. from 2005 to 2013.
