Ballantyne to Highlight Digital Cinema Products/Services at ShoWest Theatre Industry Exhibition March 31- April 2

Ballantyne of Omaha, Inc. (NYSE Amex: BTN), a provider of cinema equipment and services, announced today that it will highlight its digital cinema equipment and cinema services solutions at the 35^th annual ShoWest cinema exhibition and distribution industry convention in Las Vegas from Tuesday, March 31^st through Thursday, April 2^nd. Ballantyne/Strong’s ShoWest booths are 1205 and 1212 at Bally’s Hotel Convention Center.

Partnered with NEC Corporation of America, Ballantyne’s Strong Digital Systems (SDS) division will exhibit the NEC line of digital cinema projectors. Strong Technical Services (STS), Ballantyne’s digital cinema service organization, and its cinema screen business, Strong/MDI Screen Systems (Strong/MDI), will also be on hand to speak with customer prospects.
