Axcelis Technologies Announces 378% Rise In Q4 Profit

(RTTNews) - Axcelis Technologies (ACLS) reported a profit for its fourth quarter that rose from last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $3.97 million, or $0.13 per share. This was up from $0.83 million, or $0.03 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 1.6% to $69.36 million. This was down from $70.46 million last year.
