Avnet Unit Selects Fair Isaac Rules Management Solution to Power Customer Incentive Program; Fair Isaac's Blaze Advisor System Delivers Agility and Speed to Avnet's Customer Service
The Avnet Rebate Management System is an online tool that providesvalue-added resellers with information on manufacturers' rebate andincentive programs and insight into how the partners are trackingagainst targets. Avnet adopted a rules-based approach to addresschanges in incentive programs offered by Avnet and its core vendors.Avnet's value-added reseller partners are able to access the AvnetRebate Management System to learn about their exact position inmeeting their targets, bonus opportunities, and rebates that they willreceive.
Leveraging Fair Isaac's Blaze Advisor system has enabled Avnet toquickly implement changes from a supplier and reduce the time ofimplementing new incentive programs from months to a couple of weeks.As the engine of the Avnet Rebate Management System, the solutionsifts through thousands of line items to provide Avnet value-addedresellers with a view of how their latest sale is impacting theircalculated rebate.
