Autodesk CFO Mark Hawkins Resigns To Join Salesforce.com

(RTTNews) - Autodesk Inc (ADSK) on Monday announced the resignation of Mark Hawkins, the company's executive vice president and chief financial officer, after five years at the company. Hawkins is leaving the design and engineering software company at the end of July to become CFO at salesforce.com (CRM).

Autodesk has initiated a selection process for a new chief financial officer.

The company also expects to report revenue and earnings at or above the previously issued business outlook for its second quarter, and reiterated its guidance for fiscal 2015.

In May, Autodeak said it expected second-quarter adjusted earnings of $0.25-$0.30 per share and revenues of $595 million to $610 million. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect earnings of $0.28 per share on revenues of $600.2 million.

For fiscal 2015, the company continues to expect revenue growth of 4 percent to 6 percent, while analysts expect 5.5 percent.
