    ALLEN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 2005--The Board of Directors of Atrion Corporation (Nasdaq:ATRI) announced today a quarterly dividend of 14 cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on March 30, 2005 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2005.
