Associated Estates Declares Common Share Dividend and Announces Details of Third Quarter 2013 Earnings Release and Conference Call

CLEVELAND, Sept. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Associated Estates Realty Corporation (NYSE, NASDAQ: AEC) announced today that a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share has been declared on the Company's common shares, payable November 1, 2013 to shareholders of record on October 15, 2013. 

The Company also announced today that the Company's third quarter 2013 earnings are scheduled for release after the market closes on Tuesday, October 22, 2013.  Promptly following the news wire release, the earnings announcement and supplemental fact booklet will be available in the "Investors" section of the Company's website.
