Asia Pacific Wire & Cable Appoints Ivan Hsia As Its New CFO

(RTTNews) - Asia Pacific Wire & Cable Corporation Limited (APWC) said Tuesday that it has appointed Ivan Hsia as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1.

Hsia will replace Frank Tseng, who is stepping down from his position as CFO of APWC for personal reasons.

The company noted that Tseng resigned amicably and has no disagreements with the company on financial reporting or other financial or business issues.

Ivan Hsia joined the company in 2011 and served APWC initially as Senior Manager of APWC's internal audit group, prior to being appointed Deputy CFO of the company.
