Arrow Capital Management Inc. Announces Completion of Fund Restructuring

TORONTO, July 3, 2020 /CNW/ - Arrow Capital Management Inc. ("Arrow"), the manager of East Coast Investment Grade Income Fund (TSX: ECF.UN) (the "Fund") announced today that pursuant to unitholder approval received June 12, 2020, the restructuring of the Fund to an open-end alternative mutual fund, including changing the name to Arrow EC Income Advantage Alternative Fund, has been completed.

With the delisting of the Fund from the TSX, the previously announced distribution with record date of June 30, 2020 and payment date of July 15, 2020 has been cancelled. Regular monthly distributions will continue on the second Friday of each month with the next distribution on July 10, 2020.
