Arkema Files an Update to Its 2013 Reference Document

Arkema (Paris:AKE) announces that it released an update to its 2013 Reference Document, filed with the French Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on November 18, 2014 with number D.14-0221-A01.

This update of the 2013 Reference Document includes the 2014 half-year financial report and presents the Bostik group acquisition project¹ and the related pro forma financial data prepared in this context.

The update of the 2013 Reference Document is available under the heading Investor Relations, section Annual reports, of Arkema’s website (www.finance.arkema.com) as well as on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).
