ARC Document Solutions Appoints Jorge Avalos As Its New CFO
(RTTNews) - ARC Document Solutions, Inc. (ARC) said Friday that it has appointed Jorge Avalos to succeed John Toth as the company's Chief Financial Officer at the end of January.
Toth, the company's current CFO, is leaving the company to pursue other business interests.
Avalos has been ARC's Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance since April 2011, having joined the company in June 2006 as the company's Director of Finance. He became the company's Corporate Controller in December 2006, and Vice President, Corporate Controller in December 2010.
