Anthony Clark International Insurance Brokers Ltd. - Issuance of Options to Directors, Officers, and Employees

ANTHONY CLARK INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE BROKERS LTD. (TSX Venture Exchange: ACL) (the "Corporation”) announces that it has granted 525,000 options to purchase common shares at a price of $0.36 per share. 165,000 of the options were granted to the following directors of the Corporation, Thomas, Milley (75,000 options), Douglas Farmer (30,000 options), Normand Cournoyer (30,000 options) and Robert Sadleir (30,000 options). In addition the following options were granted to the following other persons: (i) 140,000 options to Tony Consalvo, the Chief Executive Officer and a Director; (ii) 180,000 options to Mahesh Bhatia, the V.P Finance and Chief Financial Officer; and (iii) 40,000 options granted to various different employees of the Corporation. The $0.36 issuance price represents a small premium to the closing price as at the close of business on April 8, 2010, and any shares issuable upon the exercise of an option will be subject to all required regulatory hold periods. If unexercised, the above noted option grants will expire on the earlier of: (i) a date that is immediately after such officer or director ceases to be a director, officer, employee or consultant of the Corporation; and (ii) April 1^st, 2013. The above constitutes a reissuance of the recently expired unexercised options.
