Analogic CFO Michael Levitz To Resign

(RTTNews) - Analogic Corp (ALOG) on Monday said that Michael Levitz, its senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, would resign, effective April 24. Levitz' exit follows his acceptance of a CFO role at Insulet Corp, the company said.

Analogic said it has named Michael Bourque, vice president and corporate controller, to serve as interim CFO, and that it has initiated the search for a permanent replacement.

Analogic, based in Peabody, Massachusetts, makes medical imaging, ultrasound, and security systems and subsystems to original equipment manufacturers and end users in the healthcare and airport security markets.
