AmTrust Financial To Acquire CorePointe Insurance Company - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. (AFSI) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement, pending regulatory approval, to acquire for cash, CorePointe Insurance Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CorePointe Group LLC.

The company said the transaction is expected to be immediately accretive.
