Amesite Prices $3.6 Mln Stock Offering At $3.00 Per Share

(AMST), an AI-driven B2C and B2B technology solutions,Tuesday, announced that it has priced its underwritten public offering at $3.00 per share, issuing about 1.20 million shares to raise approximately $3.6 million. Company officers and directors are contributing $1.26 million in aggregate subscriptions.

Proceeds will support corporate operations, including general expenses, working capital, and capital expenditures.

The offering is expected to close on January 8, the company added.

Currently, AMST is trading at $2.75, down 30.41 percent or $1.30 on the Nasdaq.
