American Vanguard Corporation (NYSE:AVD) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary AMVAC Netherlands BV, has completed the acquisition of Grupo Agricenter, a leader in agricultural solutions in Central America and the Caribbean. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
