(RTTNews) - American Homes 4 Rent (AMH) reported a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $21.7 million or $0.11 per share, wider than $7.7 million or $0.05 per share in the comparable quarter last year.

Funds from operations for the current third quarter were $25.0 million or $0.10 per share. Excluding items, core funds from operations were $38.5 million or $0.15 per share.
