American Apparel December Same-store Sales Down 6%
(RTTNews) - American Apparel, Inc. (APP) said Thursday that same-store sales for December fell 6%, including a 7% decrease in same-store sales in the retail store channel and a 1% decrease in net sales in the online channel.
Total net sales for December fell 6% year-over-year to $60.5 million. Wholesale net sales decreased 2% for the month.
For the full year 2013, total net sales increased 3% to $633.9 million, with a 3% increase in same-store sales and a 4% increase in wholesale net sales.
