Amer Sports issues a private placement bond with a total value of EUR 100 million

Amer Sports Corporation issues a private placement bond with a total value of EUR 100 million. The fixed rate bond has a maturity of seven years.

Pohjola Markets acts as the bookrunner for the transaction.

The bond is part of customary debt repayment.
