Allot Sees Net Operating Loss In Q2; Reports Strategic Wins Totaling $8 Mln

(RTTNews) - Allot Communications Ltd. (ALLT), an Israel-based provider of intelligent broadband solutions, announced Monday that based on preliminary estimates, revenue in the second quarter is expected to be in the range of $21 million to $22 million. The Company also expects to generate a net operating loss in the quarter.

Andrei Elefant, CEO and President, said, "We are disappointed by the second quarter preliminary results and attribute this weakness to lower bookings in the first quarter as well as delays in closing certain deals during the second quarter."

Based on its current pipeline and backlog, the company expects fiscal 2015 revenues to range between $100 million to $105 million.

Separately, Allot announced three strategic wins across the globe in the second quarter of 2015. The new sales, summing approximately $8 million include multi-million dollar orders from new Tier-1 mobile operators in Asia Pacific, Latin America and in EMEA.

The company also received an expansion order for Allot Websafe Personal licenses from a Tier-1 operator in Europe.
