Allot Communications Turns To Profit In Q4

(RTTNews) - Allot Communications Ltd. (ALLT) said that net profit for the fourth quarter of 2013 was $1.2 million or $0.04 per share, compared with a net loss of $15.1 million, or $0.46 per share in the fourth quarter of 2012.

On a non-GAAP basis, net profit for the fourth quarter was $3.2 million or $0.09 per share, down from $4.6 million or $0.14 per share in the prior year.

Total GAAP revenues for the quarter grew to $27.3 million from last year's $26.4 million.

On a non-GAAP basis, quarterly total revenues were $27.3 million, down from $28.5 million in the year ago quarter.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.08 per share and revenues of $26.75 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
