Alliance California Municipal Income Fund, Inc. Adjournment Of Special Meeting Of Stockholders

NEW YORK, Oct. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance California Municipal Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: AKP) (the "Fund") announced that its special meeting of stockholders (the "Special Meeting") scheduled for today has been adjourned to allow additional time for the solicitation of proxies.  The Special Meeting is being held for stockholders to consider the approval of new investment advisory agreements with AllianceBernstein L.P. (the "Adviser").

The Special Meeting will be reconvened at the offices of the Fund, 1345 Avenue of the Americas, 41^st Floor, New York, New York, on November 14, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time.  Only stockholders of record on August 13, 2018 will be entitled to vote at the reconvened Special Meeting. 

The Fund is a registered closed-end management investment company managed by the Adviser.
