Alder BioPharma Prices Follow-on Offering At $29.50/share - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Alder BioPharmaceuticals, Inc. (ALDR) said it has priced an underwritten public offering of 6 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $29.50 per share.

The company is offering all of the shares of common stock. In addition, Alder has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price. The offering is expected to close on January 13, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

Credit Suisse, Leerink Partners and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Sanford Bernstein is acting as co-manager for the offering.
