Aker Solutions ASA: Mandatory Notification of Trade

December 11, 2014 - AKSO ESP AS, a subsidiary of Aker Solutions ASA, today bought 250,000 shares in Aker Solutions ASA at a price of NOK 35.9602 per share. The transaction is part of the company's share purchase program for employees.

Following the transactions, Aker Solutions ASA including subsidiaries holds a total of 3,131,000 own shares.
