After-market Movers For Feb 10 (URBN, RAX, BNNY, BLOX, MODN)
(RTTNews) - Gainers:
Model N, Inc. (MODN) gained 27 percent to $13.10. The company's first quarter net loss widened from the year-ago quarter, while revenues declined from the previous year period. At the same time, the company forecast second quarter results above Street view.
Decliners:
Urban Outfitters Inc. (URBN) slipped 1 percent to $36.25. The company's fourth quarter sales improved 6 percent, but missed the consensus estimate. The company noted that customer response to its early spring fashion offerings has been difficult to read due to weather abnormalities.
Rackspace Hosting, Inc. (RAX) fell 10 percent to $36.10. The company's fourth quarter earnings declined from the year-ago quarter, but matched Wall Street view. Net revenue rose 16 percent and topped the consensus estimate. The company also announced that its chief executive Lanham Napier has retired from the company. Graham Weston, Rackspace's co-founder and Executive Chairman, has been appointed CEO, while the company has initiated a search process to identify a long-term successor CEO.
Annie's, Inc. (BNNY) fell over 8 percent to $38.23. The company's third quarter earnings were higher than in the year-ago quarter. Meanwhile, the company lowered its fiscal 2014 adjusted earnings per share guidance, reflecting higher anticipated cost pressure in the fourth quarter.
Infoblox Inc. (BLOX) plunged 30 percent to $23.06. The company lowered its second quarter net revenue guidance, which is below analysts' estimate. The company noted that its revenue shortfall was primarily attributable to weaker January, fewer $1 million-plus transactions in the quarter and as its Federal business came in below its expectations. The company also lowered its revenue and non-GAAP earnings giodance for fiscal year ending July 31, 2014.
