Addnode Group: Johan Andersson New CEO from AGM 2017 and Staffan Hanstorp Proposed as New Chairman of the Board

Addnode Group’s (STO:ANODB) Board of Directors has decided to appoint Johan Andersson as new President and CEO from the AGM on 4 May 2017. Johan Andersson is currently CFO of the Group and has been a part of the Group Management since 2007 with responsibilities for business development, acquisitions, communication and investor relations. Addnode Group’s Nomination Committee will propose Staffan Hanstorp as new Chairman of the Board.

- The timing is right to change leadership and for me to take on a new position. I will soon celebrate ten years as President and CEO of Addnode Group. As one of the major shareholders in the company and in my new position as Chairman of the Board I will keep actively engage in overall strategic questions and support CEO. Addnode Group will get competent leadership in Johan Andersson, says Staffan Hanstorp.

- Under the leadership of Staffan Hanstorp Addnode Group has tripled the turnover and given a good return to the shareholders. Both Johan Andersson and Staffan Hanstorp are maintaining their current positions until the Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2017.
