Acadia Realty Trust Reveals Advance In Q4 Profit

(RTTNews) - Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) revealed a profit for its fourth quarter that gained ground compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $20.91 million, or $0.25 per share. This was higher than $19.82 million, or $0.24 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.08 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 22.1% to $66.08 million. This was up from $54.12 million last year.
