Acadia Realty Trust Reveals 33% Rise In Q4 Earnings

(RTTNews) - Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) reported a profit for its fourth quarter that rose from last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $33.83 million, or $0.39 per share. This was up from $25.38 million, or $0.35 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 5.5% to $54.12 million. This was up from $51.29 million last year.
