Acadia Realty Trust Q3 Profit Rises 51%

(RTTNews) - Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) released earnings for its third quarter that rose from last year.

The company said its bottom line rose to $28.26 million, or $0.39 per share. This was higher than $18.73 million, or $0.30 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.35 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 19.3% to $56.85 million. This was up from $47.66 million last year.
