In pursuit of the Investment Objective, the Investment Manager intends investing on a global basis, excluding the United States of America, in shares or equity linked securities - including depositary receipts, preferred stock, convertible bonds and debentures which are convertible into equity securities - issued by companies that are quoted or traded on Regulated Markets. The EAFE Fund may also gain indirect exposure to such companies by investing in Market Access Products that have shares in such companies as their underlying asset.
