Spark Infrastructure Trust -- Moody's removes the rating histories on four Spark Infrastructure issuers and corrects the rating history on Spark Infrastructure Trust
Sydney, June 20, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has removed the current rating and rating histories for the following issuers: Spark Infrastructure Holdings International Ltd., Spark Infrastructure, Spark Infrastructure Holdings No 1 Limited , and Spark Infrastructure Holdings No 2 Limited. Due to an internal administrative error, issuer ratings were maintained on these issuers, although Moody's does not rate them. At the same time, the rating history for Spark Infrastructure Trust has been corrected to reflect affirmation of the Baa1 issuer rating with a stable outlook on May 20, 2014. This affirmation was previously applied to Spark Infrastructure due to an internal error.
