Rhode Island Health & Educational Bldg Corp -- Moody's reviews New England Institute of Technology's LOC-backed Rev. Ref. Bonds, Ser. 2008 in connection with issuance of additional debt

New York, August 27, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's"), at the obligor's request, has reviewed the Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation Higher Education Facility Revenue Refunding Bonds, New England Institute of Technology Issue, Series 2008 (the Series 2008 Bonds) in connection with the Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation's upcoming issuance of Higher Education Facility Revenue Bonds, New England Institute of Technology Issue, Series 2015 (the Series 2015 Bonds.) The issuance of the Series 2015 Bonds will not adversely affect Moody's assessment of the credit quality of the Series 2008 Bonds, which is based on a direct pay letter of credit provided by TD Bank, N.A., and therefore will not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of Moody's current rating on the Series 2008 Bonds. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the issuance could have other non-credit related effects.
