Prologis, Inc. -- Moody's corrects its rating database and rating history for certain Notes issued by Prologis, L.P.
New York, September 04, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has corrected the ratings for certain senior unsecured Notes issued by Prologis, L.P. and guaranteed by Prologis, Inc. to Baa2 from WR. The ratings for these Notes were previously withdrawn on July 17, 2013 due to an internal administrative error. The Baa2 rating for these debts should have been instead affirmed on July 17, 2013, as announced in Moody's July 17, 2013 press release titled "Moody's revises Prologis' rating outlook to positive."
