Parkway Properties, Inc. -- Moody's withdraws rating for Parkway following merger with Cousins
New York, October 10, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has withdrawn its issuer rating for Parkway Properties, Inc. following the October 6, 2016 closing of its merger with Cousins Properties Incorporated. On October 7, 2016, Cousins completed the spin-off of the combined company's Houston-based assets into a new, publicly-traded office REIT called Parkway, Inc.
