Munters Corporation -- Moody's changes outlook of Munters ratings to stable from negative; B3 ratings affirmed
London, 04 September 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today changed the outlook on all ratings of Munters Topholding AB (Munters) to stable from negative. Concurrently, Moody's affirmed the B3 corporate family rating (CFR), B3-PD probability of default rating (PDR) and the B3 rating assigned to the senior secured bank facilities available to Munters Corporation, the main subsidiary of Munters.
