Moody's: WFCM 2010-C1 Unaffected by the Proposed Non-Permitted Equity Transfer Request
New York, November 20, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) was informed that Gramercy Property Trust Inc., the sponsor for the Dividend Capital Portfolio loan, has requested the transfer of over 99% interest in the borrower from Gramercy Property Trust Inc. and GPT Property Trust LP to CSP Operating Partnership LP, and replacement of guarantors from Gramercy Property Trust Inc. and GPT Property Trust LP to Gramercy Property Trust and CSP Operating Partnership LP.
