Moody's: No ratings impact on Citibank Omni card ABS following June 27, 2013 account removal

New York, June 28, 2013 -- Moody's announced today that the removal of approximately 277,000 card accounts with a total receivables balance of approximately $60.0 million from the Citibank Omni Master Trust on June 27, 2013 (the "Removal"), in and of itself and at this time, will not result in a reduction, withdrawal, or placement under review for possible downgrade of the ratings currently assigned to any class of outstanding notes issued by the Citibank Omni Master Trust (the "Outstanding Notes").
