Moody's: No ratings impact on American Express' card ABS following amendment to trust documents
New York, September 12, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the execution of the amendment to the Amended and Restated Series 2012-A Supplement on 12 September 2016, would not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings assigned to any outstanding series or class of securities issued by the American Express Credit Account Master Trust (the "Master Trust").
