New York, May 09, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that the addition of receivables on 9 May 2014, to the collateral backing the JGWPT XXXI, LLC (JGWPT) Series 2014-1 Class A and Class B Asset Backed Notes, in and of itself and at this time, would not result in a downgrade to, withdrawal of, or a review for downgrade of our current ratings on any class of outstanding notes issued JGWPT.
